Membership Policy
Memberships are for a 4 week period and will auto-renew at the end of the membership period until terminated. Memberships provide access to all 1.5 hr sessions and when booking can be used for multiple participants (up to 3 others) depending on "visits" left in your membership.
Plunge Pass Policy

The pass is non-refundable and will expire after 1 year from the time of purchase if not used. Plunge passes do not apply to specialty sessions outside of the single session and when booking can be used for multiple participants (up to 3 others) depending on "visits" left in your plunge pass.
